CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The club uses Field Trial Management System and prefers entries by this means. Alternatively please email your completed entry form to wtsec@threeridingslc.com.

Members who do not have internet facility can send postal entries to Liz Robinson, Merrywell Cottage, 3 – 4 Main Street, Hampole, Doncaster, DN6 7ET.

The club reserves the right to limit the numbers of entries on any one day, this will normally a maximum of 50 competitors, unless otherwise advised where a venue restricts numbers. If an event is oversubscribed, then a draw will be conducted, and competitors notified by email or telephone. Draw preference classifications are listed below, it is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they enter the correct preference, although these will be checked by the WT admin:
1. Member 1st dog, who is not eligible to run in any other category, who has not previously run in 3R WT in this category in 2024.
2. Members 1st dog who is not eligible to run in any other category who has previously run in a 3R WT in this category in 2024
3. Members 2nd dog who is not eligible to run in any other category who has not previously run in a 3R WT in this category in 2024
4. Members 2nd dog who is not eligible to run in any other category who has previously run in a 3R WT in this category in 2024
5. Members dog who is eligible to run in other categories
6. Non Member 1st dog who is not eligible to run in any other category, who hasnot previously run in 3R WT in this category in 2024
7. Non Members 1st dog who is not eligible to run in any other category who has previously run in a 3R WT in this category in 2024

Should you be unable to pay via these methods please send a cheque to the above address.
We no longer have a club Paypal account and do not accept entries via PayPal.

If payment is not received 7 days before the event the place will be offered to a reserve.

Dogs entered must be Kennel Club registered in the Gundog Group (J1.a./J7.a./B20) and if a registered dog has changed ownership the Transfer must be applied for before the closing date of entries.

Should circumstances so dictate the club, in consultation with the judges, may alter arrangements as necessary.

Videography and photography will only be permitted with the express permission of the Chief Steward or host.
Welfare of Dogs
A competitor whose dog is entered should take reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not knowingly put their dogs’ health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise. A breach of this regulation may be recorded in the incident book and referred to the Kennel Club.
Dogs in Hot Cars
Your dog is vulnerable and AT RISK if left in a vehicle in high temperatures and even on days considered slightly warm. Please take care of your dogs, if your dog is found to be at risk forcible entry to your vehicle may be necessary without liability for any damage caused.

Bitches in season are NOT allowed on the ground.

Anyone knowing of their dog being in contact with any infectious disease should not attend the test.

Competitors enter at their own risk. Neither the Club, not the Hosts can be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury to person or property however occasioned.
