THE DRAW will be conducted by FTMS prior to the trial and preference will be given to members. Substitute dogs will not be accepted. Payment by those successful in gaining a run must be received at least 7 days prior to the trial.
Non-payment by the due date will result in the run being offered to the first reserve.
Telephone or email entries without payment cannot be accepted.
Any person gaining a run in two trials on the same day or in the case of a two-day trial where they overlap, is expected to withdraw from one of the trials and only accept a run in one trial.
The committee reserve the right to investigate any example of such selfish conduct and act as it sees fit. Withdrawal from a Field Trial at seven days or less notice will result in the forfeit of any entry fee.
See Ref 7f All members are expected to have read and understood the Kennel Club J Regs.
Special attention is drawn to the Declaration to be signed on all entry forms.
